Joining GulfSafe is a cost-effective way to prevent damage to vital infrastructure. The cost for membership varies on the area of coverage or footprint of a utility company, but will comprise a one-time membership fee and a transaction charge for each notification a participant receives. Our Technology
GulfSafe uses leading-edge software (GeoCall) from Progressive Partnering (P2). GulfSafe expands the GeoCall platform to operate in a maritime environment and work smoothly with other coastal states’ One-Call land bases. This technology permits the flow of information from onshore operations to GulfSafe’s offshore operations and vice versa. Coastal states currently using GeoCall are Alabama, Mississippi, Texas and South Carolina. The GeoCall platform combines the latest technology in information systems design with integrated GIS functionality. GeoCall is a fully integrated GIS system using geospatial technology to identify facility and excavation sites in the area of operation.
